This case's exterior material is made from PU leather. PU leather is not 100% real leather. PU leather is synthetic. But, this product has a nice tactile hand feel. Almost rubbery. It feels good, and provides good grip. The Kindle Paperwhite fits perfectly in this book style case. You do not need to worry about it falling out. This case also does not much in the way of additional bulk to the Paperwhite.



The is a built in magnet that helps keep the cover closed. It also enables the Kindles auto on and auto off feature. You have easy access to the controls on the bottom of the Kindle Paperwhite.



To read, just open up the cover, fold back on itself. Swipe to get to your book, and begin reading. When you are done, close the cover, and the Kindle will power off.



Inside the cover is a soft felt like material that feels really good, and will help protect the Kindle's screen from scratches and damage.
