I have reviewed other products from IPOW, and have always
been impressed. This product far exceed my expectations. This monopod/selfie
stick is NOT one of the $10 selfie stick I have reviewed several times
previously!

This product comes in its own cloth carrying pouch. In it is
the monopod, a cleaning cloth, a GoPro mounting adapter, a mount to hold your
cell phone, and a small Bluetooth remote shutter.

The bracket to hold a cell phone is very well made, and has
a strong spring mechanism to securely hold your phone. There are to methods to
mount this, and you need to find the correct position to accurately shoot
selfie pics. The GoPro mount works perfectly with this stick.

The stick extends out about 30 inches. It is very, very
solid and will not "bend" or "flex" like the cheaper
varieties of monopods you see everywhere. Each section has a manual twist
locking mechanism that works really well.

When you are done, you fold everything up, and store it back
in its own cloth/velvet case.
