the last few days, once in the morning and once before dinner. I took as
directed... 2 capsules in the morning, and two more in the evening. The claims
made in the sales document are correct, as this did not make me jittery, or
shaky. That was my biggest concern. I can say that I truly did not feel as
hungry after taking this. Which is definitely a good thing! Since it has only
been a few days, I have not seen any true weight loss, but I will keep going to
see how this works. Fingers crossed! I was sent this product in exchange for an
